Our supply is constant, since we have access to the reserve of 20 million kg available from the Quebec Maple Producers (PPAQ). Our quality is assured, because we do the blends, pasteurization and packaging ourselves in our processing plant. Processing grade syrup can also be certified organic by maple syrup producers who comply with the Ecocert certification. We offer our customers regular or organic maple syrup, depending on their needs.
